Digital tickets
Tickets are digital service credits. Purchased tickets expire 90 days after issuance unless a different period is shown at checkout.
Completed purchases
Purchases are generally final once tickets are issued. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Technical failure
If a ticket is charged but generation cannot be accepted or delivered due to a verified service failure, contact support with the transaction and task identifiers.
Request review
Refund or ticket-restoration requests are assessed individually. Do not send payment-card details or adult source images in an initial inquiry.
